Why we built AdmitGH

The Ghanaian university admissions system is fragmented. Cutoffs are not publicly listed in a consistent way. Elective requirements are buried in programme handbooks. Application windows vary by institution. Students rely on rumours, guesswork, and well-meaning but often outdated advice.

The result: students with perfectly good aggregates apply to the wrong programmes, or do not apply at all because they assume they will not qualify.

AdmitGH aggregates programme cutoffs, elective requirements, and application deadlines from every major Ghanaian public university into a single, searchable platform.

You enter your WASSCE grades. We run the official WAEC aggregate formula. You see exactly which programmes you qualify for — with elective requirements checked automatically.

AdmitGH is for every Ghanaian SHS student who has WASSCE results and wants to know their options. It is free, it requires no account to use the calculator, and it will always be free for students.

We also serve parents, counsellors, and teachers who want accurate, up-to-date admissions data.
