By accessing or using Admify (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Admify is a guidance and information tool designed to help Ghanaian SHS graduates understand their WASSCE aggregate, explore programme options, and prepare university applications.

Admify is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any Ghanaian university, WAEC, or any official admissions body. We do not process applications, make admissions decisions, or guarantee any outcome. All final admissions decisions rest solely with the relevant institutions.

Programme cut-off aggregates, elective requirements, and application deadlines displayed on Admify are compiled from publicly available sources and are provided for indicative purposes only. They are not guaranteed to be current, complete, or error-free.

Cut-offs change year to year depending on applicant volumes and institutional policy. A match shown on Admify does not guarantee admission. Always verify requirements directly with the relevant institution before submitting an application.

Admify accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of information displayed on the platform.

By using Admify, you agree to:

• Provide accurate grade and profile information. Inaccurate data will produce inaccurate results.
• Use the Service only for lawful personal purposes.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service in a way that disrupts access for other users.
• Not share your account credentials or use another person’s account without permission.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We will permanently remove your data within 7 days of the request.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. In the event of termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
