Privacy Policy

When you create an account or use the Admify dashboard, we collect the following information:

• Your email address, used to identify your account.
• Your WASSCE grade data — subjects, grades, and sitting information (May/June, Nov/Dec, or SSCE) — entered voluntarily by you.
• Profile data such as your selected programme type and application preferences.
• Basic usage data (page visits, feature interactions) collected through standard server logs. No third-party analytics tracker is installed.

We do not collect payment information. We do not collect government-issued IDs, WAEC index numbers, or any identity documents.

We use the data you provide exclusively to:

• Compute your WASSCE aggregate and match it against programme cutoffs and elective requirements across Ghanaian universities.
• Personalise your dashboard — showing your saved results, what-if simulations, and AI counsellor context.
• Improve the accuracy of the matching engine based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns (no individual data is used for this).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

Admify uses Supabase as its backend data processor. Your account and grade data is stored in a Supabase PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS infrastructure in a data centre within the European Union (eu-west-1).

Supabase is SOC 2 Type II certified. Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. Data in transit uses TLS 1.2 or higher. You can review Supabase’s own privacy and security practices at supabase.com/privacy.

You have the following rights with respect to your data:

• Access: You can view all grade and profile data you have entered through your dashboard at any time.
• Correction: You can edit or delete individual sittings and grades directly from the dashboard.
• Deletion: You can request full account deletion by emailing us. We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 7 days.
• Export: You can request a copy of your stored data by emailing us. We will respond within 7 days.
